We strive to process and dispatch your order as quickly as possible. Please read the following shipping details carefully:
- Order Processing: We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase. Orders are only processed Monday through Friday.
- Domestic Shipping (Within Australia):
All orders are shipped via Australia Standard Parcel Post. Please note that the shipping times listed are in addition to the dispatch times. Kindly allow up to 14 days for delivery, depending on your location.

- Free Shipping: Enjoy free standard shipping on all orders over AUD 100 (Australia Post Parcel Post).
- Standard Shipping: For orders under AUD 100, a flat rate of AUD 12.99 applies.
- Express Shipping: Need your order quickly? Choose Express Post for a flat rate of AUD 19.99. Express shipping usually takes 2-4 business days. Delivery times may be affected by weekends and public holidays.
- Important Shipping Notes:
- We do not dispatch orders on weekends or public holidays.
- Delivery times can vary based on the destination and Australia Post’s schedules.
- While we aim to ship your order promptly, delivery times are not guaranteed, especially during peak periods.
Returns & Exchanges
Our goal is to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below:
- Faulty Items: If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us within 1-2 days of receiving your parcel. Kindly provide clear images showing the fault or damage. We will arrange a return shipping label for the faulty item and send a replacement at no extra charge.
- Change of Mind:
- We understand that sometimes a product might not be the right fit. We do offer exchanges for items if you change your mind, such as incorrect size, color, or style.
- Please note that a 10% restocking fee will apply for all exchanges.
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost, as well as the reshipping cost for the new item.
- The item must be returned in unused, unworn, and undamaged condition with original tags and packaging.
- Return Window: All return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible to begin the exchange process.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale Items: All sale or clearance items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
- Missing or Lost Parcels: We are not responsible for any lost or missing parcels during the return process. We recommend using a tracked service for your return shipment to ensure it arrives safely.
Colour Accuracy
While we make every effort to display the true color of our garments and products, please be aware that color variations may occur due to different monitor settings, lighting conditions, and the resolution of your device. These variations are not considered faults. If you’re unsure about the color or fabric, please reach out to us for more details before purchasing.
DISCLAIMER
For the safety of your little ones, we kindly request that all products be always used with adult supervision. Some items may contain small embellishments, which could present a choking hazard. When using headwear, ensure it is worn only under supervision, whether the child is awake or asleep, to avoid any risk of suffocation or choking. Please also remove any headwear or outfits with straps before the child falls asleep to prevent accidents. We prioritize the safety and well-being of your children and appreciate your cooperation in creating a secure environment.
